Product Information
TBR sliders are the matching sliding components for single-axis cylindrical linear guides. They are low-cost, general-purpose linear motion components, with the following key features:
1. Basic Structure
- The main body is made of aluminum alloy (with anodized surface treatment) and has a built-in linear bearing (ball structure);
- The shape is a flange design, with through-hole mounting threads, and it forms a complete guide system when combined with a polished shaft and aluminum support rail.
2. Key Features
- High installation flexibility: Supports bidirectional installation ("from top to bottom" and "from bottom to top") (unlike SBR sliders which only support unidirectional installation);
- Wide range of specifications: Common models include TBR16, TBR20, TBR25, TBR30, etc., corresponding to polished shafts of φ16~φ30;
- Cost-effective: An economical linear guidance solution, slightly more expensive than SBR sliders, but with similar performance;
- Strong interchangeability: The slider is interchangeable with SBR guides/polished shafts of the same specifications (only the combined height differs).
3. Performance and Applicable Scenarios
- Load capacity and precision are in the medium-low range, suitable for equipment that does not require high guidance precision and has relatively low loads;
- Typical applications: Automation equipment, woodworking machinery, printing equipment, textile machinery, 3D printers, etc.
