Round Flange Plated Linear Bearings are linear bearings with a circular flange at one end and a plated surface. Typical models include the LMF, LMF…L, LMFC, LMFC…L, LMFP, and LMFP…L series, and they are general-purpose precision linear guiding components. Key information is as follows:

1. Structure and Material: The main body consists of a bearing steel outer shell, a resin cage, and steel balls. One end has a circular flange with mounting holes for direct bolt fixing. The outer shell is often treated with electroplating for rust prevention, such as zinc plating or nickel plating, and some models have double sealing covers; common models include LMF16UU, LMF50UU, etc., where the numbers correspond to the shaft diameter, covering shaft diameters from 8 to 50mm.

2. Core Features: The circular flange provides even force distribution and strong installation stability, suitable for most conventional installation scenarios; the plating layer enhances overall rust and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for dusty and other complex working conditions; the resin cage reduces operating noise, and the high degree of standardization ensures good interchangeability and convenient maintenance and replacement. However, its load capacity is limited, making it more suitable for medium to light load applications.
