Product Information
Flange-type fixed shaft collars (also called flange-type locking shaft sleeves) are fixed connecting components used in mechanical transmission. Key information is as follows:
- Structural Features:
1. The main body is made of aluminum alloy, and the surface is usually anodized (resulting in a silver-gray finish);
2. It features an open slot and locking screws (two hex screws are visible in the image), which can be tightened to clamp the shaft;
3. The bottom is equipped with a flange and mounting holes for fixing the shaft to the equipment frame/panel.
- Main Uses:
1. To fix the axial/radial position of linear shafts and drive shafts, preventing displacement or shaking during operation;
2. Often used in conjunction with linear bearings, guide rails, and other components, commonly found in automation equipment, 3D printers, machine tools, and other mechanical structures.
- Advantages: Easy installation, reusable and adjustable, causes minimal damage to the shaft, and improves the stability of the transmission system.
